Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience.
  • Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments.
  • Scan and bag items efficiently and carefully.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile receipts at the end of the shift.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
  • Follow company policies regarding pricing, discounts, and promotions.
  • Monitor and prevent theft or fraudulent activities.
  • Promote and explain Sephora’s loyalty program, helping customers maximize their benefits.
  • Manage Mall rewards Points accumulation & redemption.
  • Assist on Tax refund for tourists.
  • Support store operations by stocking shelves, organizing products, and assisting team members as needed.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Integrity and honesty.
  • Passion, drive, and commitment.

Others:

  • Implement and follow through actions from Weekly Action Box assigned by the Store Management Team.
  • Ensure store compliance with Sephora audit processes and requirements.
