Our esteemed Retail professional in our COURTS Retail Stores daily tasks are as follows:

• Daily cash, credit, and flexi-plan collections
• Be updated on corporate partners’ rewards and redemption programme
• Online sales order collection
• Home Club Membership sign-ups
• Handle general customers and flexi-plan accounts enquiries
• Sell add-on services - Instant Replacement / Extended Warranty etc.
• Any other duties assigned by your superior

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC
• Minimum 1 year of related cash handling experience
• Friendly personality with good communication skills
• Computer literate and systems savvy
• Able to work retail hours
• Able to strive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
