Key responsibilities include conducting due diligence in cash handling and maintaining excellent customer service without compromising compliance and control. Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring operational procedures are followed and regulations are adhered to.
• Reconciling daily transactions and refund amounts.
• Handling customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Keeping the counters and terminals clean and tidy at all times.
