PARADIGM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring for an entry-level Cash Operations role at Tai Seng, Singapore. You will handle day-to-day cash, reconcile transactions, and prepare basic Excel reports, with Maker/Checker checks and fund-flow tracking across shifts.

Two weeks of hands-on cashiering training are provided. The role is 5 days a week, 12-hour day shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM), onsite with shift allowances and OT pay. Applicants should have ITE/SPM, basic Excel, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• ITE Certificate or SPM is required.
• Basic Excel skills and numeracy are essential.
• Basic English proficiency for system navigation and workplace communication.

Responsabilités

• Cash operations and onboarding training to understand money flows.
• Daily cash reconciliation and reporting using Excel with pre-set formulas.
• Maker/Checker: cross-check transaction reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Fund tracking across the daily operational cycle.
