The role involves guarding, delivering or collecting valuables at customer sites, and maintaining constant readiness to protect crews, premises and cash from loss. Strong alertness and adherence to procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a courier or guard.
• Possession of relevant PLRD license and certifications as needed to perform the job
• Ability to maintain tactical procedures to ensure a secure environment
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, maintaining a high level of alertness during extended periods

Responsibilities

• Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, vehicles, and liability at all times
• Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations
• Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled during daily business
• Remain alert and always prepared, not only protecting the crew or premises against attack, but also watching for accidents that could result in a loss
• Follow all applicable procedures, policies and regulations relating to the safe and lawful carrying, handling, care, security and use of firearms
• Maintains communication with ground support at origin and destination locations and maintains a secured position at all times to ensure the safety of the team, customers and customer shipments in their possession.
