Case Writer

Responsibilities:

• Research, gather, and analyze relevant information from clients and other sources to understand individual cases thoroughly.
• Craft tailored cover letters that highlight clients’ strengths, contributions, and commitment to Singapore.
• Use persuasive language to emphasize the client’s positive impact on society, the workforce, and the community.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with our Immigration Consultants and Legal team to ensure accurate representation of client information and adherence to legal requirements.
• Utilize your expertise in the immigration domain to incorporate relevant laws, regulations, and policies into the application cases.
• Revise and edit drafts as necessary to achieve the highest level of quality and accuracy in each case.
• Work within established timelines and manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Every month: at least about 120-150 letters

Requirements:

• Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear and impactful narratives.
• Experience in content writing, storytelling, or professional writing.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and gather necessary information.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
• Excellent command of written English with attention to detail.
• Ability to gather key points from clients and consultants to write personalized content.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
