About the Role
Our Client is a residential home supporting teenage girls from trauma backgrounds, is looking for a compassionate and experienced Case Worker to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide casework and counselling support to teenage girls in a residential setting
Conduct needs and risk assessments; develop and implement Individual Care Plans (ICP)
Liaise and collaborate with external partners, including schools, agencies, and medical professionals
Support restorative work between residents and their families, and conduct family counselling
Monitor residents’ progress and incidents; maintain accurate case records
Participate in weekly Disciplinary Committee conferences and ensure follow-through
Plan and conduct group work sessions and life skills workshops for residents and/or their families
Evaluate and coordinate external classes, workshops, and talks relevant to residents
Prepare reports and undertake duties as assigned by the Head of Home
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in Psychology or related field
3 years of casework experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate about supporting and empowering vulnerable youth
