Job Description

1. Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention
2. Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner
3. Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
4. Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention
5. Partner with customers, Business Support, and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers' requirements and inquiries

Experience & Skills Required
