Job Description:

Our client is a specialized HNW Life Insurance Broker offering bespoke solutions to ultra-high net-worth individuals and families. Their services include structuring Family Offices, Trust setup, and delivering tailored life insurance strategies to preserve and transfer wealth across generations. They are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Case Manager (Life Insurance) to join the high-performing operations team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and supporting the end-to-end process of HNW insurance policy onboarding, from case submission to policy issuance, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of new life insurance applications and underwriting processes for HNW clients.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal advisors, clients, insurers, underwriters, and third-party providers (trust companies, legal advisors, etc.).
  • Prepare, review, and submit documentation and application forms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
  • Track and monitor the progress of all cases, proactively managing timelines and resolving issues or delays.
  • Facilitate communication between the underwriting team and clients to address requirements such as medicals, financial documents, and compliance checks.
  • Maintain detailed records and case notes using internal CRM systems and tracking tools.
  • Work with senior management and advisors to support complex policy structuring, including policies held under Trusts or assigned to Family Offices.
  • Ensure all documentation meets internal compliance, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in post-issuance servicing, including policy delivery, billing setup, and client onboarding for long-term relationship management.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in life insurance case management, preferably with exposure to HNW or international clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the life insurance application and underwriting process; understanding of HNW insurance products is an advantage.
  • Experience working with private banks, brokers, trust companies, or financial advisors is preferred.
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with a client-first mindset and ability to manage stakeholders professionally.
