Vonage is seeking a Carrier Relations Manager (APAC) to drive strategic relationships and secure optimal connectivity for our Messaging and Voice services. The Global Carrier Management team, which sits within the Vonage API organization, is responsible for global connectivity for our Messaging, Voice, and Telco Network API business. The team supports one of the fastest growing CPaaS companies in the market, directly managing our OTT and wholesale customer base, whilst working closely with our Enterprise sales teams to develop and implement regional connectivity and strategic plans.
We are seeking to recruit a Carrier Relations Manager (APAC) to join the team. This person will help the team secure the best network connectivity and commercial terms to drive our customers’ success. This hands-on role enables Vonage to deliver the high quality and breadth of service our customers expect.
