Job summary

Reno Box Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive cum Supervisor to drive growth in our carpentry and renovation business.

You will combine sales acumen with on-site supervision to coordinate projects and teams, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in interior renovation sales, can read technical drawings, and communicates fluently in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior renovation sales or related interior products.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and carpentry fabrication details.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for client communication.
• Basic computer skills and ability to prepare simple documentation.
• Holds a valid driving license.
• Strong team player with initiative and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market carpentry and renovation services to contractors, interior designers, and partners.
• Identify business opportunities and secure projects.
• Coordinate project requirements and assign work scope to coworkers.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and carpentry details for fabrication and execution.
• Maintain strong teamwork and communication with site personnel.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
