Supervising and performing all types of Carpentry work.
Ensure safety, quality of work and meet delivery deadline.
Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
Know how to take site measurements, read designer drawings, and order materials needed for fabrication.
Maintain quality service by establishing organization standards.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsible for obtaining/renewing the licenses/permits for the factory.
Manage and monitor all on-site matters and assist in technical issues when they arise.
Lead a group of workers by assigning them jobs and duties, checking/supervising their work.
Plan and develop work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of carpentry expenditures, and procedures for equipment maintenance.
Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
Degree or Diploma in Production/Carpentry or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity, of which at least 5 years were spent in a managerial position.
Working knowledge in quality control, production process, production planning, and production material control.
Mature, good interpersonal skills, and management leadership are essential.
Experience in the carpentry field will be an advantage.
