Job summary

STEEL ALLY RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced carpenter supervisor to oversee on-site carpentry projects.

You will read drawings, measure materials, cut and shape timber, install cabinets and furniture, and lead a skilled team. The role requires at least 5 years of carpentry experience, supervisory level, ability to work independently, and training new carpenters. Proficiency with routers, planers, and sanding machines is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of carpentry skills.
• Minimum 5 years experiences at least 5 year supervisor level.
• Read drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements.
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.
• Cut, shape and other material according to measurements.
• Assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them.
• Skilled with woodworking machinery router, planer, sanding machine, etc.
• Lead a team of experienced carpenters, train new carpenters.
• Able to work independently.
