Production Management:

  2. Develop and implement production schedules and ensure they are met.

  3. Supervise carpentry teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

  4. Ensure that all carpentry work meets quality standards and specifications.

  5. Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery.

  6. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Quality Control:

  1. Establish and enforce quality control procedures for carpentry work.

  2. Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address any defects or issues.

  3. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Safety Management:

  1. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all carpentry staff.

  2. Enforce safety protocols and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment.

  3. Conduct safety training and awareness programs.

Material Management:

  1. Oversee the procurement and storage of carpentry materials.

  2. Manage inventory levels and ensure materials are readily available.

  3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Personnel Management:
