Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in carpentry best practices and techniques.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on carpentry experience.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts as needed.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain workmanship quality.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders).Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
• Strong math skills for accurate measuring and cutting.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets, doors, handles, locks, hinges, closures and other structures at job sites.
• Select lumber based on size and strength per project and budget.
• Use power tools and equipment proficiently to complete installations.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and preferences.
• Provide estimates for materials and labor for projects.
