Responsibilities

• Analyzing blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine project requirements.
• Measuring, marking, and cutting materials to required dimensions.
• Building frameworks for structures, including floor joists, wall studs, roof rafters, and stairs.
• Installing doors, windows, cabinets, molding, drywall, insulation, and siding.
• Sanding, staining, varnishing, and installing fixtures like locks and door handles.
• Repairing or replacing damaged frameworks, structures, and fixtures in buildings.
• Safely operating hand tools and power tools on-site.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes and health/safety regulations.
