Job summary

ELOHIM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES is seeking a skilled carpenter to interpret blueprints and plan layouts for project execution. You will measure and cut wood, fiberglass, or drywall, and assemble floor and wall frames, roof trusses, and rafters to precise levels.

Further duties include installing doors, windows, molding, cabinetry, and flooring with clean joints, and performing maintenance to fix structural issues in existing buildings, including replacing rotted wood and reinforcing joists.

Qualifications

• Experience reading technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches.
• Proficiency in measuring and cutting materials with hand/power tools.
• Ability to build floor/wall frames, roof trusses, and rafters to precise levels.
• Install doors, windows, molding, trim, cabinetry, and hardwood flooring with clean joints.
• Identify and fix structural issues in existing buildings, including replacing rotted wood or reinforcing joists.
