BS or higher degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Biotechnology, or Life Science.
Demonstrated skills and knowledge with analytical methods, equipment, process, software, cleaning, and facility/utility validation strategies and policy, protocol, and report writing and execution.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the programme.
As an Operations Engineer, you will support Manufacturing Operations Teams (Buffer and Material Preparation Operations) to achieve operational objectives, including deviation investigations, process and equipment troubleshooting, CAPA management, change management, QMS gap analysis, and risk assessments. You will lead continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
You will manage, schedule, coordinate, and execute qualification or validation activities to ensure timely completion of validation plans, in coordination with various departments. You will support maintenance of process equipment and critical systems at GSK Tuas site in a validated state.
