What will you do?
- Receipt of materials/chemicals from central warehouse, store and issue to production on timely manner.
- Performing SAP transactions in alignment with physical movement of goods.
- Ensure adherence to GMP requirement such as sanitization of materials, cleaning of classified and non-classified area.
- Receive, handling and management of process waste.
- Timely review temperature graphs from temperature sensors (PEMS and AMS)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation (cycle count).
- Manage outgoing and incoming shipment processes and ensure proper shipment and distribution of materials to meet customers’ delivery expectations.
- Manage logistics service providers or freight forwarder to ensure cargoes are handle according to procedures or service level agreements.
- End to end shipment process: shipment booking, shipping documentation preparation, shipment coordination, resolve shipment discrepancy if needed, review and approve invoice.
- Manage logistics service providers, review AWB/ BL, inward & outward permits.
- SOPs / Work instructions/ form/ logbook revision and creation.
- Inventory counting and generating reports for SG Customs, support IEF scheme renewal.
- To manage the storage, retention and archival of documents (electronic & hard copies) at the warehouse.
- CAPA and deviation, support inspection/ audit/ Gemba follow-up.
What will you learn?
- cGMP requirement in Biopharma manufacturing environment.
- Zone classification and requirements (cleaning and gowning).
- Inventory management (Kanban and SAP).
- Coordination between requestor, warehouse, and material planner (if shortage of materials)
- Exposure to Biopharma production materials and handling manner (material sanitization method)
- cGMP requirement in Biopharma manufacturing environment.
- Cold Chain Management - perform shipping validation for shipping containers and room temperature mapping.
- SAP skills - Material Management/ Warehouse/ Logistics
- Inventory management (Cycle Counting, Write Off, SAP Warehouse Master Data).
- Shipment planning/ coordination between requestor, material planner, warehouse, logistics service providers.
What are we looking for?
- Physically fit and able to carry loads (less than 25 kg).
- Curious and willing to learn and adaptability to change.
- A lively interest in biopharma industry.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Disciplined and integrity.
- Degree / Diploma in logistics/supply chain management/ business or Higher Nitec certificate in warehouse.
- 1-2 years’ working experience in logistics operations/ material management/ warehouse or equivalent.
- Good understanding of logistics/ warehouse/ supply chain / material management
- Working knowledge of ERP (eg. SAP / WMS).
