Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent; healthcare/service experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to hospital operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care activities under supervision of healthcare professionals and assist with non-clinical needs.
• Assist with patient transfers, transportation, and movement within the hospital; maintain clean and safe patient areas.
• Assist with supplies, equipment, inventory, and documentation; support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow infection prevention, safety standards, and workplace policies; escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain competency for the role.
