The Health & Wellbeing team, under the Office of the President, spearheads the innovation, implementation, and evaluation of health & wellbeing programs. These initiatives cater to the entire NUS population and extend specific support to employees facing acute mental stressors. We're on the lookout for a dedicated, energetic, and passionate individual to join our dynamic team.
As a Care Manager in our unit, you'll be a cornerstone in bolstering the mental wellbeing of 13,000 NUS employees. You'll actively contribute to our in-house services of Respondent Care (i.e., supporting staff undergoing investigations due to allegations of misconduct) and Mental Health Return-to-Work, ensuring our employees have swift access to top-notch case management and psychological help when they most need it. You will also work closely with our in-house clinical psychology team and coordinate with other NUS stakeholders to manage our clients’ needs, thereby facilitating a holistic approach for all employees across the wellbeing spectrum.

Case Management
Continuous Improvement & Development
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, counselling, psychology, nursing, or related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in case management and supporting distressed individuals in the community or in healthcare settings.
