Care Executive | Elderly Care Experience

Salary: $2300 to $2900

Working hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) | Sat (only when required, half day)

Working Location: Joo Chiat

Role descriptions:

• Look after a group of elderly clients with quality care & companionship
• Ensure clients follow the activities in the daily program
• Lead and participate in group activities with clients
• Provide personal care and hygiene, including medication reminders, oral feeding & toileting, manual transfer to and from wheelchair or geriatric chair
• Vital signs measurement and monitoring
• Give utmost care and passion towards clients and staff
• Fully committed to ensure safety in all activities
• Adhere to all administrative activities
• Follow all processes, procedures, and guidelines
• Assist clients with simple exercises as instructed
• Promptly report incidents and deviations to Centre Manager
• Retain and expand client base
• Support other Care Executives (teamwork)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years elderly care experience
• Healthcare Assistant Certification preferred
• CPR/AED certification is an added advantage
