Job summary

Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society is seeking a dedicated driver/care assistant for Moral Welfare Home in Singapore to support residents with multiple disabilities. The role emphasizes safe driving, escort duties to medical appointments, and assisting with meals and daily activities.

You will be involved in supervising residents, maintaining vehicles, coordinating transport, and supporting facility operations under supervision. Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Class 3 Driving Licence is required.
• ITE or GCE O/N Levels is required.
• Experience in elderly care will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Resident care, including medical escort duties and accompanying residents for medical reviews.
• Drive residents to hospitals, polyclinics, and manage transportation needs.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety, report defects, and assist in facility operations.
