Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage staff schedules, including reshuffling due to changes or cancellations and ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate rostering requirements across multiple projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
  • Manage and handle stakeholder inquiries and requests through designated communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Correct worklog discrepancies together with the nurse manager.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as uploading appointment schedules, patient particulars, patient notes.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or related setting
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs
  • Experience in scheduling and logistics coordination is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and actively contribute as a team member
