Cards Project Manager (Contract)

Our Client is an established Asian bank located in the CBD region. Seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the bank's cards processing system.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and take complete ownership of the product innovation and development activities from inception to launch.
• Manage stakeholders from cross-functional teams such as technology, operations, and product management.
• Develop new business requirements and specifications with business teams to support product solutions and group profitability.
• Implement improvement plans to existing business, system processes, and workflows to increase productivity, reduce cost of operations, and address security gaps.
• Demonstrate a customer-centric design thinking in delivering a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

• Min. a Bachelor Degree with 5-10 years of relevant project management experience in the banking domain.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to start work within short notice.

Successful candidates will be offered a yearly renewable contract.
