Drive Innovation, Growth & Customer Engagement Across the Consumer Credit Card Portfolio:

A leading regional bank is seeking a Cards Product Manager to take ownership of its consumer credit card portfolio. This is a high-impact role responsible for developing and refining product value propositions, driving acquisition and usage, and executing data-driven campaigns to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and an ability to translate insights into meaningful product and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and performance management of the credit card portfolio, including spend, activation, and acquisition KPIs.
  • Identify market gaps and customer needs to develop or enhance card products that stand out in a competitive landscape.
  • Conduct deep market analysis to shape segment-specific value propositions and maintain an edge over peers.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from ideation to execution to post-mortem—anchored in performance data and insights.
  • Manage product P&L through disciplined cost control and targeted revenue initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across operations, tech, compliance, and frontline teams to deliver seamless execution of product enhancements and launches.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with key external players—networks, fintech partners, merchants, and marketing agencies—to co-create differentiated offerings.

Who You Are:
