Job summary

CardioScan Asia is seeking a skilled Holter analyst to support the Singapore region. You will analyse, review, and report Holter recordings using BeatBox, ensuring accurate, concise, and clinically sound reports with meticulous attention to detail.

You will manage workloads to meet SLA targets, adhere to clinical protocols, and work with cardiologists and operational teams across regions to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Holter analysis experience in the cardiac industry.
• Associate Diploma or equivalent Science degree; CCT certification advantageous.
• Solid understanding of cardiac terminology, related technologies, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, review, and process Holter monitor recordings for the Singapore region.
• Utilise BeatBox to review, allocate, and report on Holter studies.
• Prepare accurate, concise, and clinically sound reports with attention to detail.
• Manage workload to ensure customer SLA turnaround times are met.
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes and clinical protocols.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Work with cardiologists, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to support patient outcomes.
