Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a Senior Carbon Finance Analyst to support the CSO Innovation Hub in developing carbon markets propositions for Corporate and FI clients in Singapore. You will help originate and execute carbon financing transactions and build our market profile in carbon markets across the region.

You will collaborate with local and global teams, educate frontline colleagues on carbon products, and contribute to underwriting standards and MAS KPI driven objectives.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in financial modelling and/or financial analysis.
• Experience in financing and investment analysis, including exposure to debt and/or equity financing, valuation, financial structuring and return analysis.
• Knowledge of Sustainable Finance, Carbon Markets, climate finance or related environmental markets.
• Strong interest in carbon markets with the ability to assess the commercial and financial viability of carbon-related opportunities/projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Accounting or related discipline.

• Identify opportunities and develop marketing collateral for business development.
• Assist onboarding of carbon developers and key ecosystem players.
• Support origination and execution of carbon finance transactions.
