About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Workshop Service Advisor to join our team at Tradeit.com Pte Ltd' in the Kaki Bukit East Region. As a Car Workshop Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our car workshop. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with professional and courteous service

• Assisting customers in scheduling appointments and managing the workshop schedule effectively

• Providing accurate estimates for repair and maintenance services, and communicating these estimates to customers

• Ensuring that all necessary parts and materials are available for the timely completion of customer orders

• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, repairs, and service history

• Collaborating with the workshop technicians to ensure the efficient and high-quality completion of all customer orders

• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Promoting the company's services and products to customers and identifying upsell opportunities

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a Car Workshop Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide efficient solutions

• Proficient in using computer systems and automotive repair management software

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
