Job scope includes:
• Perform cashiering / daily settlement for Credit Cards / NETS transactions
• Handling office tasks, such as filing
• Attend to customer emails and feedbacks
• Answering of phone calls and take messages accordingly
• Assist to make calls to existing customers to remind them for servicing
Requirements:
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office / Excel
• NO work experience can apply
• Good in communication and written skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
