Job description

As a Car Sales Executive at TOS Auto, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs. You will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from lead generation and customer engagement to closing deals and providing after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist walk-in and online customers professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory.
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to build lasting relationships.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process, including paperwork and vehicle handover.
  • Stay updated on inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Support showroom activities and marketing campaigns where required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in car sales or related fields is an advantage (training will be provided for the right candidates).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Class 3 driving license preferred.
