Responsibilities
Engage with guests in a manner that respects their time, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Evaluate the specific requirements of guests and offer tailored and effective solutions for their vehicle purchase needs.
Educate guests about our vehicles by effectively communicating their features and benefits.
Provide a seamless guest experience characterized by professionalism and enthusiasm.
Perform necessary tasks to maintain the luxurious environment of our showroom.
Strive to meet and exceed sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including generating leads, arranging test drives, processing orders, completing registrations, increasing finance and insurance uptake, and improving the trade-in ratio.
Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all administrative duties.
Assist with any additional assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in sales, demonstrating a successful sales track record.
Basic MS Office knowledge; proficiency in computer software and internet usage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
