Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests in a manner that respects their time, ensuring a positive guest experience.

  • Evaluate the specific requirements of guests and offer tailored and effective solutions for their vehicle purchase needs.

  • Educate guests about our vehicles by effectively communicating their features and benefits.

  • Provide a seamless guest experience characterized by professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Perform necessary tasks to maintain the luxurious environment of our showroom.

  • Strive to meet and exceed sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including generating leads, arranging test drives, processing orders, completing registrations, increasing finance and insurance uptake, and improving the trade-in ratio.

  • Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all administrative duties.

  • Assist with any additional assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, demonstrating a successful sales track record.

  • Basic MS Office knowledge; proficiency in computer software and internet usage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
