Job summary

Bolt Car Leasing PTE. LTD. is seeking a General Manager to oversee the entire car leasing business in Singapore. You will drive sales, optimize fleet utilization, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing costs and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across sales, operations, and finance to sustain growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong management experience.
• Good understanding of the Singapore automotive market and vehicle ownership environment.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational and commercial priorities.
• Hands-on environment and taking ownership of business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and overall performance of Bolt Car Leasing.
• Develop and execute business strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Set annual targets, budgets, and KPIs; monitor performance and implement action plans.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and leasing products.
• Oversee fleet management, vendor relationships, and cost controls.
• Lead sales, operations, and customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and adapt to COE, pricing, EV adoption and regulations.
