Job summary

Toyota Financial Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a role supporting Smart Loan customers in Singapore.

You will assist in processing and tracking loan applications, guide approved customers from loan approval to disbursement, and provide dealer support to ensure timely documentation and disbursement. You will also engage warm insurance leads, present motor insurance plans, and proactively cross-sell to converted Smart Loan customers while handling questions and objections with

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales and/or customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Display a high level of responsiveness and track record in converting prospects.
• Meticulous attention to details and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Knowledge in the car buying and/or financing process preferred, training will be provided.
• CGI certified preferred, certification opportunity will be provided for potential candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and tracking Smart Loan applications, ensuring timely follow-up
• Guide approved customers through the car financing process, from loan approval to disbursement
• Provide guidance to dealer partners on the required procedures and documentation to faciliate timely loan disbursement
• Follow up on warm insurance leads
• Compare and present suitable motor insurance plans to customers in a clear and professional manner
• Proactively engage converted Smart Loan customers to cross-sell motor insurance
• Handle customer questions and objections to help drive conversions
• Respond to queries and manage objections from both customers and dealers with professionalism and effective solutions
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
