Are you ready to take the lead in securing capital for major energy infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia and beyond? We are working with a pioneering player in the smart energy space to hire a Finance Manager (Capital Raising & Banking Relationship) who will play a key role in driving international project financing strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Finance Manager, you will be at the forefront of project financing efforts, collaborating with regional and international banks to raise funds and structure deals for large-scale infrastructure initiatives. Your work will have tangible impact across Asia Pacific.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure funding from local and international financial institutions and DFIs.
  • Structure and negotiate loans tailored to project needs and company risk appetite.
  • Assess financial risks and feasibility of capital projects, implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage capital allocation and planning across multiple regional infrastructure initiatives.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align financing with strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in corporate finance, banking, or project funding.
  • Proven track record in project loans, syndicated lending , and cross-border financing.
  • Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian financial markets ; European exposure is a plus.
  • Familiarity with energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive sectors preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and financial modelling skills .
