• Framework exposure to ReactJS, FastAPI, Flask and SqLite3 (DB), PostgreSQL, any other RDBMS.
• Basic UNIX / Windows knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub, Copilot) and willingness to learn best practices for their effective use.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and eagerness to develop skills in prompt engineering and responsible AI usage.
• Ability to critically review AI-generated code and outputs with guidance from senior team members.
• Interest in exploring how AI tools can improve development workflows and problem-solving approaches.

• Join the Transversal Operations IT team supporting market transaction reconciliation, valuation, payments and confirmations.
• Collaborate with front-line IT professionals and business users across a global setup.
• Assist with developing and maintaining Capital Market applications and related tooling.
• Contribute to automation, monitoring dashboards and development processes with guidance from mentors.
