An established industry player is seeking dynamic Analysts for their Early Career Group Program. This unique opportunity involves completing rotations across various products, providing a comprehensive understanding of Capital Markets & Advisory. The Early Career Group (ECG) Program Rotation Plan
- The Analyst will complete 3 rotations with 3 different products, after which he/she will settle into a product team. The first rotation will last 12 months, followed by two 6-month rotations.
- Before the commencement of the first rotation, ECG Analysts will complete a brief training program covering various finance and accounting topics, as well as specific in-house training on ING’s business practices, systems, procedures, and processes.
- One of the rotations may be outside the hiring location (Sydney, Singapore, or Hong Kong), subject to organizational needs, immigration, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
- In each rotation, the Analyst will operate as part of a team responsible for the origination, execution, and distribution of CMA transactions.

Loan Distribution Group: Distribution platform for all of ING’s financing activities in primary and secondary loan markets, including the insurance market (CPRI) as a risk and/or capital distribution tool.
