Main responsibilities
Application monitoring responsibilities
- Define and implement, in coordination with the build team, the necessary application monitoring.
- Supervise and monitor daily and monthly processes, handle user requests by working closely with project, infrastructure, and production teams.
- Support overnight batches during Singapore morning and early afternoon to ensure swift analysis and resolution of issues, minimizing downtime.
- Process and issue daily, weekly, and monthly reports on data quality of risk chains, with increased activity during monthly runs.
Incidents and Requests Management (business users and other IT teams)
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support to business users (traders, risk managers, market risk monitoring operators, back-office and middle-office analysts, market data administrators, etc.).
- Analyze and manage incidents, problems, and requests.
Problem Management and Continuous Improvement
- Prepare and maintain a knowledge base for each application within the team’s scope, in coordination with the build and operations teams.
- Collaborate with the build team to assess problem priorities and follow up on resolutions, contributing to the definition of long-term solutions.
- Provide non-functional requirements to the build team to implement monitoring as code, where available.
The Support Analyst should have a proactive mindset towards security, incident prevention, productivity, and overall service quality improvement. Candidates should have a strong interest in capital market functionalities.
Qualifications and Profile
- Candidates should have 12+ years of experience in support activities.
- ITIL certification is required.
- Skills include:
- SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction
- Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
- Risk analysis and project execution
Additional qualities include:
- Continuous improvement mindset, innovative solutions, and automation interest.
- Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, MQ Series, CFT, and Control-M.
- Knowledge of monitoring solutions (e.g., ITRS Geneos).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Optional Skills
- Understanding of banking and finance.
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle and financial products (Treasury, FX, Bonds, Credit, IRD).
- Experience with Capital Market FO/BO systems (e.g., Summit, Kondor+, Murex).
- Experience with reconciliation systems like Intellimatch.
