Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a VP - ALCM to support effective management, monitoring and reporting of the company’s capital position. The role emphasizes capital forecasting, ICAAP development and regulatory reporting within a dynamic financial environment.

The successful candidate will analyse capital ratios, RWAs and capital requirements, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to process automation and control improvements. Shortlisted applicants will be notified.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in capital management or regulatory capital.
• Strong understanding of capital adequacy concepts including regulatory capital, capital ratios, RWAs, and capital planning.
• Experience in ICAAP or equivalent capital adequacy assessment processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with sound risk/data judgement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse capital adequacy reports and monitor capital positions for management and key stakeholders.
• Perform capital forecasting, stress testing and scenario analysis under various business and economic conditions.
• Develop and enhance capital models, methodologies and analytical tools, including ICAAP development.
• Analyse changes in capital ratios, risk-weighted assets and capital requirements while monitoring regulatory developments.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews and validation exercises, driving automation and reporting controls.
