Leading Global Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to lead capital planning, ICAAP, forecasting and regulatory reporting. You will drive capital analytics, stress testing and strategic decision support to ensure capital adequacy and regulatory compliance.

The role involves preparing reports for senior management, developing capital models and engaging stakeholders across departments to implement improvements in data quality and governance, with regional impact.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management or a related discipline.
• Experience within banking, treasury, finance, risk or capital management functions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory capital frameworks, capital adequacy requirements and risk-weighted assets (RWA).
• Proven experience in capital forecasting, stress testing, scenario analysis or capital modelling.
• Exposure to ICAAP, capital planning exercises or regulatory reporting environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels.
