Job summary

ONCOSHOT PTE. LTD. seeks a permanent Capability Lead to steer an AI pilot from discovery to scale-up. You will translate business needs into delivery plans, manage end-to-end pilot execution, and validate AI performance with client data while ensuring security and compliance.

You will coordinate diverse teams across data science, engineering, product, and legal, crafting artefacts and governance. This role offers hybrid work and growth opportunities in healthtech AI deployment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with the above technical background can apply and pursue healthtech/AI deployment.
• For fresh graduates, basic knowledge of AI validation framework, database model and design is expected.

• Advanced candidates with 3–4+ years in technical PM and AI delivery preferred; experience leading client pilots is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full pilot lifecycle: discovery, planning, data preparation, validation, and handover for scale-up.
• Act as the primary technical PM and client-facing pilot delivery lead; manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Define pilot success criteria, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks aligned to client objectives and AI solution capabilities.
• Lead technical validation of AI performance using client datasets, including data readiness, sampling, test design, and interpretation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver pilot milestones (data science/ML, engineering, product, security, legal).
• Develop and maintain project artifacts: plan, RAID log, stakeholder map, governance cadence, status reports.
• Establish data governance and validation processes, ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance (PDPA/GDPR).
• Oversee data preparation and de-identification, ensuring alignment between client environments and solution architecture.
• Drive issue resolution through root-cause analysis and decision logs; escalate when needed.
• Capture learnings and build reusable playbooks and templates for future pilots.

1. Role Summary

We are seeking a permanent Capability Lead to lead the pilot implementation of an AI solution for clients. This role is suited for a technically strong Project Manager who can translate business needs into executable delivery plans, manage end-to-end pilot execution, and validate AI solution performance using client data. You will be accountable for pilot outcomes, client-facing delivery, and converting the successful pilot to a full-scale implementation project.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full pilot lifecycle: discovery, planning, data preparation, validation, and handover to contracting for scale-up implementation.
• Act as the primary technical project manager and client-facing pilot delivery lead; manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define pilot success criteria, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks aligned to client objectives and AI solution capabilities.
• Lead the technical validation of AI performance using client datasets, including data readiness assessment, sampling strategy, test design, and result interpretation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (data science/ML, engineering, product, security, legal/compliance, and client teams) to deliver pilot milestones.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts: project plan, RAID log, stakeholder map, governance cadence, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Establish data governance and validation processes, ensuring adherence to privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA/GDPR where applicable).
• Oversee data preparation and de-identification activities and ensure technical alignment between client environments and solution architecture.
• Drive issue resolution through structured root-cause analysis and decision logs; elevate effectively when needed.
• Capture pilot learnings and build reusable playbooks, templates, and best practices for future pilot deployments.

3. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor/master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

• Advantage for experienced candidates with the following:
  • 3-4+ years of experience in technical project management / delivery management, with at least 1 years delivering AI solutions.
  • Proven track record leading client-facing pilots or implementations involving complex data and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML solution validation, including model evaluation concepts (accuracy, precision/recall, AUC, calibration), bias/error analysis, and test methodology.
  • Hands-on experience working with client data: data profiling, quality checks, labelling/ground truth processes, and validation planning.
  • Experience managing vendors/partners and coordinating across internal product and engineering teams.

4. Preferred Qualifications (for experienced candidates)

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience implementing AI solutions in regulated or data-sensitive environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).
• Familiarity with MLOps and productionization practices (model monitoring, drift detection, versioning, retraining pipelines).
• Experience with AI risk management frameworks and responsible AI principles.
• Exposure to common AI tooling and platforms (e.g., Python, Databricks, SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Experience with data privacy/security controls, including access controls, encryption, audit logging, and secure data handling.

5. Core Competencies

6. Success Measures (First 3 month probation)

• Develop the pilot project plan with clear objectives and milestones.
• Communicate the plan clearly to client and track the progress of the plan.
• Identify risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies and propose mitigation actions.

7. Working Model

• Permanent full-time position after passing the probation of 3 months.
• Hybrid work arrangement (subject to client requirements and project needs).
• Occasional travel to client sites in Singapore and oversea may be required.

8. Salary Range

• Indicative gross monthly salary for fresh graduate: SGD$4,000–$5,000
• Indicative gross monthly salary for experienced hire: SGD$5,000 – SGD$10,000. (Exclude CPF for PR/Singaporean and performance bonus/benefits/Employee Equity Share, salary will commensurate with experience and seniority)
