Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a hardworking Warehouse Picker to join our team. The successful candidate will pick, check, sort and prepare food products according to customer orders, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

No previous experience is required, but familiarity with warehouse, picking or food distribution is an advantage. The role requires physical stamina, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare products accurately according to customer orders and picking lists.
• Check product names, specifications, quantities and expiry dates to ensure order accuracy.
• Sort, pack and label products according to delivery requirements.
• Arrange picked goods in designated areas according to delivery routes or schedules.
• Assist with receiving, unloading and storing incoming goods.
• Check products for damage, incorrect quantities or quality issues and report discrepancies.
• Follow FIFO and FEFO stock rotation where applicable.
• Assist with stock counting, inventory checks and replenishment.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the warehouse.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and food hygiene standards.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should be able to perform physical tasks, able to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment and possess good teamwork skills. Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking or food distribution will be an advantage.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the warehouse.

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse picking, packing or logistics experience is preferred but not compulsory.
• Able to stand, walk and handle goods for extended periods.
• Able to read and understand basic product labels, quantities and picking lists.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willing to perform manual handling and other warehouse duties when required.
• Experience in food wholesale, distribution or FMCG industries will be an advantage.

• 协助库存盘点、货物数量核对及补货工作。
• 与仓库助理、主管及送货司机协调，确保订单按时准备完毕。
• 保持仓库环境清洁整齐，并确保货物妥善摆放。
• 遵守工作场所安全规定及食品卫生标准。
• 完成管理层安排的其他仓库相关工作。

职位要求

• 有仓库拣货、包装或物流工作经验者优先，无经验者亦可考虑。
• 身体健康，能够长时间站立、走动及搬运货物。
• 能够理解基本产品标签、数量及拣货单内容。
• 工作细心，能够准确核对货品及订单数量。
