This opportunity is for an external company, not an internal role at The Golden Rise.Position Summary:We are hiring a Campus Recruitment Specialist to lead and execute campus hiring programs, build strong relationships with educational institutions, and attract top student talent. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about engaging with students and driving university hiring initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract fresh talent. Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes. Organize campus hiring events, job fairs, and placement drives. Screen and assess student candidates through interviews and selection processes. Collaborate with internal teams to define hiring needs for campus placements. Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience for selected candidates.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or campus hiring (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
