Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced cleaning supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a team of cleaning staff across the campus.

You will manage access control, coordinate with the Campus Manager for events, and ensure all facilities—concert hall, auditorium, drama theatre, sports hall, pool, changing rooms, and toilets—remain spotless, safe and well maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Must be physically fit.
• Vendor responsible for employment obligations of cleaning personnel, including salary disbursements, CPF contributions, SDF levies, Workmen's Compensation, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a team of cleaning staff across the campus.
• Manage and oversee all key access to locations and facilities within the campus.
• Liaise and coordinate with Campus Manager on cleaning duties, work arrangements and event-related cleaning requirements.
• To maintain the cleanliness of all campus premises at all times, encompassing the concert hall, auditorium, drama theatre, sports hall, swimming pool, changing rooms, and associated toilet facilities.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all campus facilities, which includes the following areas: Concert Hall, Auditorium, Drama Theatre, Music Studio, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Swimming Pool Changing Rooms and Toilets
