At the core of our business is the TEAM LEWIS Foundation. In January 2021, we responded to the challenges posed by the COVID pandemic by launching our local causes scheme, allowing team members to nominate causes close to their hearts for donations, including cash and in-kind support. Over the past year, TEAM LEWIS has donated nearly $2 million to 445 causes worldwide.

The Campaign Strategist will play a key role in shaping and executing integrated campaigns across traditional PR, digital media, social media, ATL, content marketing, and more. This position requires a deep understanding of both creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to craft compelling stories and translate them into effective communication strategies based on data and insights. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to push boundaries to deliver innovative solutions.

Working closely with account directors, managers, copywriters, designers, videographers, and other marketers, the individual will develop cohesive marketing and communication strategies that are relevant to target audiences and support clients' business objectives.

Key responsibilities and tasks

Client Management

  • Lead strategic relationships with clients, providing insight, expertise, and partnership across a variety of creative services (e.g., video production, animation, graphic design, website interaction).
  • Ensure excellent communication at all levels; define KPIs, deadlines, and service agreements.
  • Drive the delivery of value-added consultancy and work closely with clients to execute campaigns and services across traditional and emerging creative technologies.

Creative Services

  • Participate in new business meetings, pitching creative services and developing strategies with prospective clients.
  • Promote creative opportunities within existing accounts and guide clients toward adopting creative solutions.
  • Direct creative concepts aligned with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery by the team.
  • Encourage innovative ideas and creative thinking within the team.
  • Maintain a consistent level of service and creative output.
  • Provide strategic insights for new business pitches and internal communications.
  • Stay updated on external creative trends and share knowledge with the team.

Digital / Social Media

  • Collaborate with the Digital team to promote and sell digital services.
  • Oversee management of creative initiatives for TEAM LEWIS and its clients, integrating with other services where possible.
  • Partner with the Digital team to develop impactful creative content for clients.

Team Working and Development

  • Define client objectives and set standards for all activities, fostering team commitment.
  • Lead or co-lead new business pitches, managing teams and delivering solutions.
  • Guide colleagues on campaign and project management.
  • Work closely with line reports to maximize strengths and support career growth.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Communicate account performance internally and provide strategic advice based on analysis.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting by team members.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management as needed.

General

  • Contribute to Singapore office initiatives, including culture, marketing, and HR programs.
  • Promote the TEAM LEWIS brand, values, and work.
  • Support HR/talent efforts by promoting opportunities via social media and referral schemes.
  • Keep abreast of competitors' activities.
  • Uphold best marketing practices.

About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in creative, copywriting, or content creation for web, digital, social, or ATL.
  • Knowledge of design, copy, and web best practices.
  • Understanding of video production processes.
  • Knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing.
  • Digital native with a passion for creating clever content.
  • Experience managing clients and internal teams.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Polished, professional appearance.
  • Experience with insights and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, YouGov) is a plus.
