The Shopee Regional Marketing Campaigns team drives commercial success on Shopee and Shopee Mall. We manage end-to-end campaign execution, including Mall campaigns, Brand campaigns, and major platform-wide events like Double Digit campaigns. Through frequent analysis, we optimise performance and efficiency, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Apart from this, we lead strategic projects that drive commercial impact and operational efficiencies aimed at continuously refining our approach to stay competitive in the evolving e-commerce landscape.
Job Description:
Manage end-to-end projects focusing on driving campaign operational efficiencies, commercial performance with local markets and regional campaigns
Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including product, buyer experience, projects, offline, business development and local markets
Conduct data analysis on campaign performance and offer recommendations for campaign optimisation, such as innovative engagement and sales mechanics to enhance campaign performance
Identify areas of growth, developing and executing initiatives to drive enhanced performance and commercial impact
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to address the key issues and develop actionable solutions
Requirements:
Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
2-3 years of experience in a high-performing organisation is preferred. Previous experience in e-commerce marketing and/or data analytics is a plus
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong work ethics and performance-driven
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Decent experience with Google Sheets, including advanced functions and formulas for data manipulation and analysis
Reliable and good team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
