Overview
As Campaign Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation and planning to rollout and reporting. Working across lifestyle, fashion, beauty and wellness brands, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, influencers and the creative team to bring bold, engaging campaigns to life. Your role sits at the intersection of project coordination, content strategy and digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
- Plan, manage and execute integrated campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, EDM, and other digital touchpoints
- Set campaign timelines, deliverables and coordinate execution across creative, content and editing teams
- Liaise with clients to align on campaign objectives, messaging, assets and approvals
- Manage KOLs or UGC creators where applicable: outreach, briefing, onboarding, tracking deliverables
- Ensure timely rollout of all campaign elements and maintain alignment with brand tone and aesthetic
2. Content & Digital Marketing Coordination
- Oversee content calendars for campaigns and brand retainers
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure consistent output
- Review and refine captions, visuals and CTAs before scheduling or posting
- Coordinate Meta ad campaign setup and tracking (with internal or external performance team if applicable)
3. Internal Team Management
- Delegate and manage daily tasks across creative, content and social teams
- Lead weekly check-ins and track deadlines, campaign status and workload distribution
- Ensure smooth communication between client servicing, strategy and creative teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve execution roadblocks quickly and efficiently
4. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the key point of contact for assigned clients
- Schedule and lead client check-ins or presentations as needed
- Gather feedback, provide updates and ensure client satisfaction throughout each campaign lifecycle
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare simple reports on performance or post-campaign insights
5. Project & Workflow Optimization
- Audit campaign processes and recommend improvements to streamline workflow
- Track performance of past campaigns and apply learnings to future projects
- Maintain organized folders, naming conventions and campaign documentation
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Review briefs and kickoff new campaigns
- Assign tasks to designers and writers; follow up on progress
- Communicate with clients or influencers regarding approvals and next steps
- Check social content calendar and ensure all posts/campaigns are queued or live
- Monitor campaign timelines and send reminders to the team when needed
- Jump on Zoom for internal syncs or client calls
- Collaborate with the founder to brainstorm creative ideas or optimize campaign direction
- Compile post-campaign reports or slides where applicable
