As a Campaign Manager at AKA Asia, you are a key orchestrator of integrated campaigns — driving bold ideas from inception to execution across social, digital, experiential and content platforms.
The Campaign Manager is a pivotal bridge between client management, creative execution, and social media strategy. This mid-level role focuses on leading end-to-end campaign delivery across owned and earned channels, ensuring digital storytelling is innovative and impactful. The Campaign Manager must bring a strong, informed point of view to social strategy, staying consistently on the pulse of platform evolutions and cultural trends. In addition to guiding social-first thinking, this role takes ownership of standard account management functions, including seamless client, creative, and content management.
Craft | Translate overarching brand objectives into actionable social media and digital
campaign strategies. Maintain an active pulse on platform evolutions, algorithm updates, and emerging formats to ensure campaign mechanics remain cutting-edge and effective. Oversee the content management lifecycle, ensuring output aligns with best practices across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
Ideation | Contribute a strong, proactive point of view to social media strategy and campaign planning. Lead and participate in brainstorms, bringing trend-led, brave ideas that push creative boundaries. Work closely with specialized creative and production hubs to shape concepts that are inherently social-first and culturally relevant.
Project Ownership | Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables within budget constraints. Maintain excellent project hygiene, including comprehensive timeline management, resource allocation, and feedback integration.
Orchestrate smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams to bring creative visions to life.
Team Development | Collaborate seamlessly across specialized agency hubs and with fellow team members across levels. Guide and support junior team members (such as Content Creators), fostering a culture of strategic thinking and fearless creativity. Seek and apply feedback with resilience and a growth mindset.
Client Engagement | Act as the day-to-day lead for client communications, building strong, trusted relationships. Confidently advise clients on social media best practices, presenting strategic points of view and guiding them through creative campaign concepts. Anticipate client needs and ensure creative outputs are culturally relevant and on-brand.
Business Impact | Understand how engaging social campaigns drive broader brand awareness and business objectives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations to clients. Identify opportunities for account growth and propose efficient production and campaign approaches that deliver maximum value.
