ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive measurable business impact through campaign planning, customer engagement, and performance tracking.

SCOPE OVERVIEW

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan, manage and execute lead generation campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Drive the campaign lifecycle — from concept ideation and creative development to clearance and launch
  • Manage the campaign calendar, including digital ads, CX journeys, and tactical campaigns with distribution partner
  • Ensure all marketing and communication materials are cleared with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate with creative agencies or partners for design adaptation and timely delivery of assets

Lead Management & Fulfilment

  • Support processes and workflows to ensure timely lead follow-up
  • Manage incentive fulfilment processes (e.g., sign-up gifts, meet-up incentives, event-based rewards)
  • Track and forecast incentive usage, redemptions, and budget allocation
  • Maintain hygiene of lead tagging, segmentation, and status tracking in CRM systems

Campaign Analytics & Optimisation

  • Collate and analyse campaign performance data across marketing channels
  • Identify trends and insights to optimise campaigns and improve lead quality and conversion
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and monthly summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Propose improvements to SOPs and internal workflows for better efficiency and speed-to-market

Stakeholder & Partnership Coordination

  • Liaise with marketing and retail teams to align on both digital campaigns and F2F initiatives
  • Coordinate on-ground events, roadshows, and store promotions (e.g., giveaways, contests)
  • Assist in preparing quarterly partnership reviews and joint KPI tracking
  • Collaborate closely within sales teams to align campaign mechanics with fulfilment capabilities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or campaign execution, preferably in the insurance and financial services.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM platforms / tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, Google Analytics, Salesforce)
  • Strong project management skills — ability to juggle multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for campaign reporting and presentations
  • A team player with keen attention to detail and a growth mindset
